Veronica became an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) in 2015, solidifying her expertise in tax law and representation. With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to assisting and educating individuals, families, and business owners, providing them with valuable insights and guidance in navigating the complexities of taxation.

Veronica earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a business administration specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. She later earned five associate degrees from De Anza College in Cupertino, California, in business information systems; accounting; environmental studies; and environmental compliance and pollution prevention.

In 2014, during her time at DeAnza College, Veronica earned a certificate in leadership and social change, equipping her with the skills to become a community leader, advocate for change, and example of active engagement in civic life.

As a distinguished member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, Veronica excelled academically and graduated magna cum laude, demonstrating her dedication to scholarship and excellence.

In 2003, Veronica was the first student associate in the Mission Society of Enrolled Agents, part of the California Society of Enrolled Agents. She is an active member of both the Ohio Society of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). For three consecutive tax seasons, Veronica taught classes focused on educating volunteer student preparers with the IRS in conjunction with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

When Veronica is not immersed in the world of taxes—whether preparing, studying, discussing, or teaching—she loves to spend time outdoors with her devoted Australian Shepherd, Orlinn. Together, they explore, play, and wander through the scenic trails of Cleveland Metroparks. She also finds joy in gardening, diving into a good book, and both watching and playing football. Her passions extend beyond personal interests; she is deeply committed to environmental conservation, community service, and lifelong learning.
